Golden Sunrise

Golden Sunrise is a client-commissioned premium senior living facility website where the design challenge was to communicate warmth, trust, and luxury simultaneously — the emotional register that families need when making one of the most difficult care decisions of their lives. The solution was a 9-chapter cinematic storytelling structure: Hero, Emotional Bridge ("you can't always be there"), Social Proof, Our Story, The Team, Services, Peace of Mind, Daily Life Timeline, Family Testimonials, and Contact — each chapter designed as a narrative beat rather than a page section.

The technical implementation uses Framer Motion for scroll-triggered animations and parallax effects that create a cinematic flow through the story. Count-up number animations on key metrics (years of experience, residents served, staff certifications) build credibility as users scroll. The team section features animated profile cards with individual background stories, reinforcing the human-centered mission. Multi-language support (English/Vietnamese) handles the bilingual family demographic common in Vietnam's premium care market.

Two distinct portal experiences serve different stakeholder audiences. The investor portal presents comprehensive financial due diligence: ROI projections with multiple scenarios, P&L statements, CapEx breakdown, and competitive landscape positioning — all exportable as a professional PDF brochure via jsPDF and html2canvas. The client portal presents membership packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers), hospitality services, and urban care program details with inquiry forms validated via react-hook-form and Zod. The project demonstrates full-stack client delivery: from design system to business logic to document generation.
